Welcome to Pattymart! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.pattymart.com ("the Site") and the services and products we offer. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order or opting in through forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from Pattymart, subject to the following:

  • Customer service responses

  • Marketing and promotions (if opted-in)

b. Message Frequency:

  • You may receive up to 4 messages per week depending on your activity.

c. Fees and Carrier Charges:

  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Pattymart is not responsible for these charges.

d. Consent and Opt-In:

  • You consent by entering your number at checkout, through forms, or via verbal confirmation.

e. Opt-Out:

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

La promoción del 6to aniversario de Pattymart está basada en un código promocional válido exclusivamente durante el período indicado anteriormente.

Código activo:

PATTY6: 10% OFF en órdenes realizadas durante la campaña de aniversario + $5 USD de crédito para una futura compra.

Términos:

  • Los clientes deben ingresar el código PATTY6 al momento de realizar la orden para recibir el 10% de descuento.

  • El código PATTY6 no puede combinarse con otras promociones, descuentos automáticos u otros cupones.
  • La promoción es válida únicamente desde el 18 de mayo de 2026 hasta el 31 de mayo de 2026. Después de esa fecha, el código expirará automáticamente.
  • La promoción aplica únicamente para compras realizadas directamente con Pattymart.
  • Las órdenes durante la promoción podrán procesarse mediante WhatsApp, llamadas telefónicas o links de pago personalizados.

Pattymart se reserva el derecho de cancelar órdenes o restringir el uso de la promoción si detecta actividad inusual, mal uso, fraude o comportamientos que afecten la integridad de la campaña.

Esta promoción no aplica para compras anteriores.

En caso de devolución parcial o total, el valor asociado a la promoción o al crédito futuro no será reembolsado ni reemitido.

Terms and Conditions – Pattymart’s 6th Anniversary

Valid: From May 18, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (EST) through May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (EST)

Pattymart’s 6th Anniversary promotion is based on a promotional coupon code, valid exclusively during the period indicated above.

Active coupon:

PATTY6: 10% OFF orders placed during the anniversary campaign + $5 USD store credit for a future purchase.

Terms:

  • Customers must enter the coupon code PATTY6 at the time of placing the order to receive the 10% discount.
  • The 10% discount applies only to the subtotal before taxes and shipping costs.
  • The $5 USD store credit will be issued only to customers who successfully use the PATTY6 code during the promotional period.
  • The $5 USD store credit will be valid only during the month following the end of the campaign.
  • The $5 USD store credit applies to future purchases of $40 USD or more.
  • The store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Coupon code PATTY6 cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, automatic offers, or coupon codes.

  • Promotion is valid only from May 18, 2026 through May 30, 2026. After that time, the coupon will automatically expire.

This promotion is valid only for purchases made directly through Pattymart.

Orders during the promotion may be processed through WhatsApp, phone orders, or personalized payment links.

Pattymart reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict promotional usage if unusual activity, misuse, fraud, or behavior affecting the integrity of the campaign is detected.

This offer is not valid on previous purchases.

In case of a full or partial return, the value associated with the promotion or future store credit will not be refunded or reissued.
