Uses: Useful for reducing osteoarthritis symptoms such as pain, swelling and loss of strength, it can also be used for sprains, dislocations and cramps.

Active ingredients: Mentol 1.3% (external analgesic).
How to apply: Apply 2 or 3 times a day to the affected area.
